מדיניות פרטיות (עברית)

1. מי אנחנו

Yaar ("יער", "האפליקציה") היא רשת חברתית קהילתית המופעלת על ידי Anoma Labs LTD ("אנחנו", "המפעילה"). האפליקציה מאפשרת ליצור קהילות ולהצטרף אליהן, לבנות פרופיל אישי, לפרסם בפיד קהילתי, לשלוח הודעות ישירות לחברי קהילה משותפת, לשתף קבצים בספריית הקהילה וליצור אירועים ומפגשים בעולם האמיתי.

מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בו, עם מי הוא משותף ומהן זכויותיכם. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה למדיניות זו. המדיניות כפופה, בין היתר, להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, והתקנות מכוחו, וכן לדינים רלוונטיים אחרים ככל שחלים על משתמשים מחוץ לישראל.

2. המידע שאנו אוספים

2.1 חשבון ואימות

• שם משתמש, כתובת דוא"ל וסיסמה. הסיסמה נשמרת בצורה מוצפנת (גיבוב bcrypt) ואיננה נשמרת כטקסט גלוי.
• התחברות באמצעות Google (אופציונלי): כתובת דוא"ל, שם תצוגה ומזהה חשבון Google, המתקבלים מ־Google ID Token.
• אימות דו־שלבי (MFA): קודים חד־פעמיים הנשלחים לדוא"ל שלכם. הקודים אינם נשמרים לטווח ארוך.

2.2 פרופיל (שדות אופציונליים)

• שם פרטי, שם משפחה, תחום / תפקיד, טקסט "אודות", חלומות, כישורים ותחומי עניין.
• תמונת פרופיל (jpg/png/gif, עד 2MB).
• מיקום משוער: כתובת טקסטואלית וקואורדינטות (קו רוחב/אורך) שאתם בוחרים ידנית על גבי מפה. האפליקציה אינה משתמשת ב־GPS של המכשיר ואינה מבקשת הרשאת מיקום.

2.3 פעילות קהילתית

• חברות בקהילות, תפקידים בקהילה ותשובות לשאלות הצטרפות מותאמות אישית.
• פוסטים ותגובות בפיד הקהילה (טקסט).
• הודעות ישירות בין משתמשים החברים בלפחות קהילה משותפת אחת.
• הודעות/הכרזות קהילתיות ופרטי אירועים (כותרת, תיאור, מועד ומיקום אופציונלי).
• קבצים שהועלו לספריית הקהילה (PDF, מסמכים, תמונות ועוד, עד 10MB לקובץ).

2.4 מידע טכני ומכשיר

• אסימון (Token) להתראות דחיפה של Firebase Cloud Messaging ושפת המכשיר – רק אם אישרתם הרשאת התראות.
• אסימוני התחברות (JWT) הנשמרים מקומית במכשיר שלכם.
• יומני שרת (Server Logs) עשויים לכלול כתובת IP ומטא־נתונים של בקשות, כמקובל בתפעול שרתי אינטרנט.

3. מידע שאיננו אוספים

• אין גישה ל־GPS או להרשאת מיקום מדויק של המכשיר.
• אין גישה לאנשי קשר, למיקרופון או למצלמה. בחירת תמונה מתבצעת דרך בוחר הקבצים/הגלריה של מערכת ההפעלה בלבד (לא דרך הרשאת מצלמה).
• אין איסוף נתוני תשלום או מידע פיננסי.
• אין שימוש במזהה פרסום (Advertising ID) ואין ערכות ניתוח (Analytics SDKs) של צד שלישי בגרסה הנוכחית של האפליקציה.

4. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

אנו משתמשים במידע כדי:

• לספק ולתפעל את שירותי האפליקציה: חשבונות, קהילות, פידים, הודעות, קבצים ואירועים.
• לאמת את זהותכם ולאבטח את החשבון (כולל MFA).
• לשלוח התראות דחיפה, אם אישרתם זאת.
• להציג מפות ולתרגם כתובות לקואורדינטות (Geocoding) כאשר אתם בוחרים מיקום.
• לתחזק, לאבטח ולשפר את השירות, לאתר תקלות ולמנוע שימוש לרעה.
• לעמוד בחובות חוקיות.

איננו מוכרים את המידע האישי שלכם ואיננו משתמשים בו לפרסום ממוקד.

5. שיתוף מידע ונראות בתוך האפליקציה

• תוכן קהילתי (פוסטים, תגובות, קבצים, אירועים, הכרזות) גלוי לחברי אותה קהילה בלבד.
• הודעות ישירות גלויות רק למשתתפי השיחה, וניתן לשלוח אותן רק בין משתמשים החולקים קהילה משותפת.
• פרטי פרופיל שבחרתם למלא עשויים להיות גלויים לחברי הקהילות שלכם.
• איננו מעבירים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים, למעט ספקי השירות המפורטים בסעיף 6, או כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין, צו שיפוטי או דרישה מוסמכת של רשות.
• תוכן שנוצר על ידי משתמשים (פוסטים, הודעות, קבצים ותמונות) נשמר כחלק מהשירות. מנהלי קהילה עשויים לנהל תוכן בקהילה שלהם; אנו רשאים להסיר תוכן שמפר את הדין או את תנאי השימוש, וכן לפעול לפי בקשות חוקיות.

6. שירותי צד שלישי

• Google – התחברות באמצעות Google Sign-In ושליחת התראות דחיפה באמצעות Firebase Cloud Messaging. מדיניות הפרטיות של Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Mapbox – הצגת מפות והמרת כתובות לקואורדינטות. בקשות המפה נשלחות מהאפליקציה עם אסימון API של Mapbox, ועשויות לכלול את שאילתת הכתובת וכתובת ה־IP שלכם. מדיניות Mapbox: https://www.mapbox.com/legal/privacy
• ספק דוא"ל (SMTP) – משלוח קודי אימות (MFA) לכתובת הדוא"ל שלכם.

המידע נשמר בעיקרו בשרתים המופעלים על ידי Anoma Labs LTD (מסד נתונים PostgreSQL; קבצים שהועלו נשמרים בדיסק השרת).

7. אבטחת מידע

• סיסמאות נשמרות בגיבוב bcrypt בלבד.
• תעבורת ה־API בסביבת הייצור מוצפנת ב־HTTPS.
• בקרות גישה: תוכן קהילתי נגיש לחברי הקהילה בלבד; הודעות ישירות מתאפשרות רק בין משתמשים בקהילות משותפות.

שום שירות מקוון אינו יכול להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת, אך אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים ומקובלים להגנה על המידע.

8. זכויותיכם ובחירותיכם

• שדות אופציונליים – רוב שדות הפרופיל אינם חובה.
• עדכון מידע – ניתן לעדכן את פרטי הפרופיל בתוך האפליקציה.
• התראות – התראות דחיפה כפופות להרשאת מערכת ההפעלה וניתן לכבותן בכל עת.
• התנתקות – בעת התנתקות (Logout), אסימון ההתראות של המכשיר מוסר מהשרתים שלנו.
• מחיקת חשבון – ניתן לבקש מחיקת חשבון דרך https://yaar-app.duckdns.org/delete-account או בפנייה לדוא"ל maytarb@gmail.com. המידע יימחק בתוך 30 יום, למעט מידע שאנו מחויבים לשמור על פי דין.
• עיון ותיקון – בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, זכותכם לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם ולבקש את תיקונו או מחיקתו. משתמשים מהאיחוד האירופי ומאזורים אחרים עשויים ליהנות מזכויות נוספות (כגון גישה, תיקון, מחיקה, הגבלת עיבוד וניידות מידע) בהתאם לדין החל עליהם. לפניות: maytarb@gmail.com.

9. שמירת מידע

אנו שומרים מידע כל עוד החשבון פעיל או כנדרש למתן השירות. לאחר בקשת מחיקה, המידע יימחק בתוך 30 יום, למעט מידע שנדרש לשמרו על פי דין או לצרכי התגוננות משפטית. יומני שרת נשמרים לפרקי זמן מוגבלים לצרכי אבטחה ותפעול.

10. קטינים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. השימוש מותר מגיל 13 ומעלה (או מגיל 16 ומעלה במקומות שבהם הדין המקומי דורש זאת). אם נודע לנו שנאסף מידע מילד מתחת לגיל המינימלי, נמחק אותו בהקדם.

11. משתמשים בינלאומיים

השירות מופעל מישראל והמידע מאוחסן בשרתים בשליטת Anoma Labs LTD. בשימוש באפליקציה מחוץ לישראל, אתם מאשרים כי המידע שלכם יעובד בישראל בהתאם למדיניות זו ולדין החל.

12. שינויים במדיניות

אנו רשאים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו בכתובת https://yaar-app.duckdns.org/privacy יחד עם תאריך עדכון מעודכן. המשך שימוש באפליקציה לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן.

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Who We Are

Yaar ("the App") is a community social network operated by Anoma Labs LTD ("we", "us", the "Operator"). The App lets users create or join communities, build a profile, post in community feeds, exchange direct messages with members of shared communities, share files in a community library, and create real-world events and meetups.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who it is shared with, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy. We process personal data in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, and with other applicable laws for users outside Israel.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Authentication

• Username, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text.
• Optional Google Sign-In: your email, display name, and Google account ID, obtained from your Google ID token.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA): one-time codes sent to your email. Codes are not stored long-term.

2.2 Profile (Optional Fields)

• First name, last name, focus / role, bio, dreams, skills, and interests.
• Profile photo (jpg/png/gif, max 2MB).
• Approximate location: a text address and latitude/longitude that you select manually on a map. The App does not use device GPS and does not request any location permission.

2.3 Community Activity

• Community memberships, roles, and answers to custom join questions.
• Feed posts and replies (text).
• Direct messages between users who share at least one community.
• Community announcements and event details (title, description, time, optional location).
• Files uploaded to the community library (PDF, documents, images, etc., max 10MB per file).

2.4 Device & Technical

• A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token and your device locale — only if you grant notification permission.
• JWT session tokens stored locally on your device.
• Server logs may include your IP address and request metadata, as is standard for web servers.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• No device GPS or fine-location permission.
• No access to your contacts, microphone, or camera. Image selection uses the operating system’s file/gallery picker only (no camera permission).
• No payment or financial data.
• No advertising ID and no third-party analytics SDKs in the current version of the App.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

• Provide and operate the App: accounts, communities, feeds, messages, files, and events.
• Authenticate you and secure your account (including MFA).
• Send push notifications, if you have enabled them.
• Display maps and geocode addresses when you choose a location.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the service, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

5. Sharing & Visibility Within the App

• Community content (posts, replies, files, events, announcements) is visible only to members of that community.
• Direct messages are visible only to the participants, and can only be exchanged between users who share at least one community.
• Profile details you choose to fill in may be visible to members of your communities.
• We do not share personal data with third parties except the service providers listed in Section 6, or where required by law, court order, or a lawful request by a competent authority.
• User-generated content (posts, messages, files, and photos) is stored as part of the service. Community managers may moderate content in their communities; we may remove content that violates law or our terms, and act on lawful requests.

6. Third-Party Services

• Google — Google Sign-In authentication and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Mapbox — map display and address geocoding. Map requests are sent from the App with a Mapbox API token and may include your address query and IP address. Mapbox privacy policy: https://www.mapbox.com/legal/privacy
• Email provider (SMTP) — delivery of MFA codes to your email address.

Data is primarily stored on servers operated by Anoma Labs LTD (PostgreSQL database; uploaded files stored on server disk).

7. Security

• Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes only.
• Production API traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Access controls: community content is visible only to community members; direct messages are permitted only between users in shared communities.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we apply reasonable, industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.

8. Your Rights & Choices

• Optional fields — most profile fields are optional.
• Update your data — you can edit your profile information in the App.
• Notifications — push notifications require an operating-system permission and can be disabled at any time.
• Logout — when you log out, your device's push token is removed from our servers.
• Account deletion — you may request deletion of your account at https://yaar-app.duckdns.org/delete-account or by emailing maytarb@gmail.com. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Access & correction — under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you may request to review, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Users in the EU/EEA and other regions may have additional rights (such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability) under applicable law. 9. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Following a deletion request, data is deleted within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or defend legal claims. Server logs are retained for limited periods for security and operational purposes.

10. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old (or at least 16 where required by local law). If we learn that we have collected data from a child below the minimum age, we will delete it promptly.

11. International Users

The service is operated from Israel, and data is stored on servers controlled by Anoma Labs LTD. By using the App outside Israel, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in Israel in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at https://yaar-app.duckdns.org/privacy with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
